ABOUT

Queer Puppets Cabaret is Folkestone's night of uncensored quirky puppetry, an event where humour and puppets collide for more than just grown-ups entertainment.

Started in September 2016, it aims to re-activate the historical potential of political puppetry, as a tool to generate alternative views of life and social change.

We believe puppetry to be the public voice allowed what no one else is.

We aim to platform artists from a diverse array of artistic, socio political, economical, sexual, ethnic and ability backgrounds.

The night is hosted by the infamous Tatiana and her 'special' guests and stories.

Expect the unexpected from human size puppets and dolls to raucous creatures and birthing puppets.

Suspend your disbelief and join us for an evening of dreaming!
